Welcome to The Goodlife Approach. Before using our services or purchasing any of our programs, please read the following Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
The Goodlife Approach offers a range of coaching services, including but not limited to:
One-on-one coaching sessions
Group coaching programs
Membership access to The Goodlife Space
Digital courses, video teachings, PDFs, and other downloadable materials
Free content such as blogs, podcasts, and self-assessment guides
All services are designed to support personal development, mindset shifts, manifestation, and intentional living.
2. No Guarantees of Specific Results
While The Goodlife Approach is committed to providing quality coaching and resources, individual results vary and depend entirely on your personal effort, commitment, and application of the material. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Coaching and programs are intended as educational and inspirational tools, not as substitutes for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the materials and coaching services responsibly and in good faith
Understand that your progress depends on your own choices, effort, and openness to growth
Not hold The Goodlife Approach, Donna Martin, or any affiliated parties liable for your personal decisions or actions
4. Paid Services & Payment Terms
All prices are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full before access is granted, unless otherwise specified.
Payment methods accepted are detailed on the payment page.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, coaching sessions, and membership access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for partial or unused portions of services or memberships.
In the rare case of a technical issue preventing access to materials, please contact us promptly for support.
We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, but no guarantees are made.
6. Cancellations and Pauses
One-on-one coaching clients must notify in writing of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Membership cancellations must be done through the designated membership platform or by contacting support. Access will continue until the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refunds will be issued.
Any pauses or breaks in coaching programs must be communicated in advance and agreed upon.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Goodlife Approach, including videos, PDFs, text, images, and branding, are the intellectual property of Donna Martin and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, or reproduce any part of the content without explicit written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through sign-ups and purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked separately).
Your data will never be sold to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Goodlife Approach, Donna Martin, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on the information provided.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
