  • Individual mentoring
  • Digital learning, videos, PDFs and downloadable resources
  • Free resources, including articles, podcasts and practical reset tools
Specific inclusions, access periods and prices are provided on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.

2 — Results & Professional Advice

The Goodlife Approach provides educational and personal development tools designed to encourage greater self-awareness and practical application.
Individual experiences and results will vary.
No specific personal, professional, financial, health or other outcome is guaranteed.
The information, programs and services provided by The Goodlife Approach are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other appropriately qualified professional advice.

3 — Your Responsibilities

When using our products and services, you agree to:
  • Use the materials responsibly and for their intended purpose.
  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and application of the information provided.
  • Seek appropriate professional advice where your circumstances require it.
  • Respect the intellectual property and access conditions attached to the products and services you purchase.

4 — Payments

  • All prices and payment arrangements are displayed at the time of purchase or outlined in an agreed proposal.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payment is required before access to a digital product or service is provided.
  • Where a separate written agreement, proposal or service contract applies, the payment terms contained in that agreement may also apply.

5 — Refunds & Consumer Rights

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to digital materials, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility for services, mentoring, sessions or other products may also depend on the terms provided at the time of purchase or in the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact The Goodlife Approach so we can assist.

6 — Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • For individual mentoring appointments, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Any agreed pause or change to a longer-term mentoring arrangement should be discussed and agreed in advance.
  • For Team Development Sessions, speaking engagements or organisational services, the cancellation and rescheduling conditions contained in the relevant proposal, booking agreement or contract will apply.

7 — Intellectual Property

All original content and intellectual property provided by The Goodlife Approach remains protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, where applicable:
The Pause. Check. Reset. Method™
The Daily Reset Toolbox™
as well as original videos, written materials, PDFs, learning resources, graphics and other content.
Unless written permission is provided, purchased materials are for the authorised user's use only and must not be:
  • copied
  • reproduced
  • shared
  • distributed
  • resold
  • republished
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8 — Privacy

Personal information collected through enquiries, registrations and purchases is handled in accordance with The Goodlife Approach Privacy Policy.
Your data will never be sold to third parties.

9 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Goodlife Approach, Donna Martin, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on the information provided. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded.
