After experiencing burnout myself as both a nurse and business owner, I came to understand that many people are doing their best to keep going while quietly struggling beneath the surface.
That experience led me to create The Goodlife Approach, helping individuals and organisations recognise patterns, reduce stress and build sustainable performance.

I bring more than 15 years of healthcare and frontline experience to this work, alongside lived experience of burnout and the realities of business ownership.
That combination has given me a deep understanding of pressure from both personal and professional perspectives.
